It is the standard fuel filter set for changing the filter on the one on top of the engine.

Fuel Filters are highly efficient in filtering fuel system contaminants to meet modern ’s engine demands for optimum fuel flow which ensures the system is free of contaminants and water.

Be careful when removing the lower filter housing the first time. Use both a box end wrench on the nut and a strap wrench on the body the first time. Then grease the O-ring and you will be ok after that.
